Meditation is a simple, straightforward practice that sets the foundation for living a more present, aligned and free life.

This course is for anyone who wishes to start or expand on their meditation journey

no prior experience with meditation of any kind is needed.

4 weeks, 4 live sessions, 4 recorded meditations.

A space for you to meet yourself, held in the safety and understanding of the group, and led by my experienced guidance.

You will learn the first steps of going inwards, listening to your breath, your body, and your heart and how to design your very own meditation practice that is most fitting to yourself and your life.

You will learn what to do when thoughts and emotions arise in your meditation and how to meet yourself beyond your analytical mind.

This course combines theory with practice, because to create sustainable and lasting change we have to learn with our whole being - from our intellect, to our embodiment.

I will teach you some of the basic principles of meditation and then we will practice them together over the course of 4 weeks.

Each week includes 1 pre-recorded meditation practice which you will do during the week by yourself and 1 live session with me and the group to exchange, ask questions and receive my guidance.

Through building your own meditation practice, you will begin feeling more grounding, safety, clarity, flow, peace, understanding and ease in your life.

You will learn how to cultivate loving awareness to offer a wide-open embrace to all of who you are and activate you natural self-healing abilities.

It will become your sanctuary to return to when feeling stressed, overwhelmed or lost and your portal for healing, change and transformation.

All you have to do is trust yourself for this very first step.

10 years ago I began meditating, out of curiosity and need for rest & stillness. It turned out to be the portal I needed to the journey of my own exploration of Self, the life I desire(d) and the spiritual-physical world we live in.
